Clear information about how Summit works.
Summit Wellbeing combines technology, AI-assisted guidance, professional input and human review to support wellbeing and sustainable performance. This page explains how information is handled, how AI is used, what Summit services are designed to do, and where their scope ends.
Summit is not a medical, psychological or emergency service. The platform and consulting services do not diagnose or treat mental illness.
Use the sections below to understand Summit's privacy approach, use of AI, organisational reporting, consulting scope and service limitations.
Privacy, technology and service information.
Within the Summit Platform, information collected is limited to information provided during onboarding and, for organisation members, survey responses collected for organisational reporting.
Information you enter while using personal platform features such as tools, resets and other self-guided support is private to your experience. It is not visible to your employer, organisation administrators or other users, and it is not used to create organisation reports.
This separation is intentional. Employees are encouraged to use Summit's personal support features freely, without their individual reflections or responses becoming part of organisational reporting.
Platform data collection is limited to onboarding information and, for organisation members, anonymous survey data used to produce organisation insights and reports. Organisation managers and administrators cannot see individual survey responses. Personal entries made while using tools, resets and similar support features are not used for organisation reporting.
Separate services such as appointment booking or consulting may require basic contact, scheduling or service information through the relevant booking or service process.
Summit uses artificial intelligence to assist with generating prompts, guidance, educational content, recommendations and suggested next steps within the platform.
AI-generated content is shaped by Summit prompts, frameworks and guidance developed with input from qualified professionals with relevant expertise. AI may help personalise or deliver parts of the experience, but it does not replace professional judgement.
Personal information entered while using Summit's self-guided tools, resets and similar personal support features is not made available to organisation administrators and is not used to create organisation reports.
AI systems can make mistakes, produce incomplete information or generate responses that are not appropriate for every situation. AI-assisted content should therefore be treated as general wellbeing and educational guidance rather than medical, psychological, legal or other regulated professional advice.
For organisations, AI may assist with analysing survey data or preparing draft insights. Reports distributed to organisations are reviewed, edited and refined by professionals before distribution.
The Summit Platform is designed to support general wellbeing, reflection, sustainable performance, decision-making and healthier ways of working.
Platform features may include check-ins, tools, guided resets, programs, Learning Summits, recommendations, progress insights and AI-assisted support.
The Summit Platform is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric or emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat or manage mental illness or other health conditions and should not be used as a substitute for care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Summit content is intended to help users reflect, learn and take practical action. It is not intended to provide a clinical assessment or treatment plan.
For organisation memberships, Summit collects anonymous survey data for the purpose of producing organisational insights, trends, priority areas and recommendations.
Organisation reports are based on anonymous survey information collected for that reporting purpose. Organisation managers and administrators cannot see individual survey responses. Information employees enter while using personal platform features such as tools, resets and other self-guided support is also not visible to the organisation and is not used in organisation reporting.
AI may assist with identifying patterns in survey data, synthesising information and preparing draft insights. Reports distributed to organisations are reviewed, edited and refined by professionals before they are provided to the organisation.
Organisation survey data is recorded anonymously. Organisation managers and administrators cannot see individual survey responses. Employees can also use Summit's personal wellbeing tools, resets and support features without those individual entries being shown to their employer or incorporated into organisation reports.
Organisation reporting is intended to help leaders understand broader workplace themes and identify practical areas for action. It is not intended to diagnose individuals, monitor individual wellbeing behaviour or act as employee surveillance.
Summit 1:1 consulting provides practical support for professionals navigating pressure, workload, competing priorities, boundaries, decision-making, performance and sustainable ways of working.
Consulting is not psychology, psychiatry, counselling, medical treatment or another regulated clinical health service unless expressly stated otherwise and delivered by an appropriately qualified professional.
Summit consulting does not include the diagnosis or treatment of mental illness.
If your needs fall outside the scope of Summit's services, including where assessment, diagnosis or treatment of a mental health condition may be required, you may be encouraged or referred to seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional or other suitable service.
Summit combines technology with human expertise. Platform frameworks, prompts, resources and guidance are developed using evidence-informed principles and input from qualified professionals with relevant expertise.
AI may assist in generating or personalising aspects of the platform experience. Human professional input remains important in the design of Summit frameworks, content and processes.
Organisation reports that use AI-assisted analysis or drafting are reviewed, edited and refined by professionals before they are distributed.
The involvement of qualified professionals in developing or reviewing Summit content does not mean that an individual user is receiving a personal clinical assessment or treatment from those professionals.
Summit is designed so that personal use of self-guided platform features remains separate from organisation reporting.
Information entered into tools, resets and similar personal support features is not visible to an employer or organisation administrator and is not used to create organisation reports.
Information intentionally provided through onboarding or an organisation survey is handled for the purpose for which it was collected. Organisation survey data is recorded anonymously and may be used to prepare organisation-level insights and reports. Organisation managers and administrators cannot see individual survey responses.
Separate services, including 1:1 consulting, may have their own confidentiality arrangements and limits. These should be explained through the relevant booking terms, client agreement or collection notice.
Summit is designed for general wellbeing, professional development and sustainable performance support.
Summit is not designed to assess or manage emergencies, crisis situations or acute mental health conditions.
If you are experiencing significant psychological distress, symptoms of a mental health condition, or another issue requiring assessment or treatment, you should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional or appropriate service.
AI-generated guidance may be incorrect or incomplete and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional assessment, diagnosis, treatment or emergency support.
Summit's website and platform may use cookies, analytics tools, hosting providers, payment providers, scheduling services, communications tools and other technology providers to operate and improve its services.
These services may process technical information such as device information, browser information, IP address, usage activity and other data required to provide their functions.
Where a third-party provider receives personal information, Summit should take reasonable steps to assess the provider and manage the privacy and security risks associated with that use. Relevant disclosures, including any overseas processing or storage where applicable, should be included in Summit's privacy notices.
You may contact Summit if you want to ask a question about your personal information, request access to information Summit holds about you, request correction of information you believe is inaccurate, or raise a privacy concern.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, there may be limits or exceptions to access, correction or deletion requests. Summit may also need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
By using Summit services, you agree to use them lawfully, respectfully and only for their intended purpose.
Summit content, frameworks, branding, tools and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights and may not be copied, reproduced, sold or redistributed without permission, except where expressly allowed.
Access to particular services may also be subject to additional membership, booking, payment, cancellation, organisation or service-specific terms presented at the time you purchase, subscribe or book.
Summit may update its services, content and these terms from time to time. Where changes materially affect how personal information is handled, Summit should provide appropriate notice where required.
AI-assisted. Professionally informed. Human reviewed where it matters.
Summit uses AI to help deliver prompts, guidance and personalised support using frameworks developed with professional input. Personal entries made while using tools, resets and similar self-guided features are not visible to organisations and are not used in organisation reporting. AI can make mistakes and is not a replacement for medical or psychological care.
For organisations, reporting is based on anonymous survey data. Organisation managers and administrators cannot see individual survey responses. AI may assist with analysis and drafting, but reports distributed to organisations are reviewed, edited and refined by professionals before distribution.
If something is unclear, ask us.
Privacy and trust should be understandable. If you have a question about Summit's technology, information handling, AI use or service scope, please get in touch.
